Douglas Gordon Foulke, age 91, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024. Born in Baltimore to the late C. Edgar and Annabell (Hanna) Foulke; beloved husband of Shirley Foulke; loving father of Toni Hugo, dear step-father of Neil Brown; proud grandfather of Keeley Stoneberg, Carter Hugo, Ashley Hinchman, Andrew Hugo, Jacob Brown and Shannon Brown. Also survived by other relatives and friends. He will be lovingly missed.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 1:00 PM in Parkwood Cemetery, 3310 Taylor Ave, Baltimore. When arriving at the cemetery please park on the right in front of the office. We will travel to the gravesite together at 1:00 PM
