Donald Robert Bailey, Sr.age 67 of Essex passed away Monday, September 23, 2019. Born in Baltimore to the late Robert and Ruth Ann (Hail) Bailey. He is survived by his daughter Samantha Bailey, his brother Joseph Bailey, his niece, Dena Rolfes and other relatives and friends.
