Diana June Carter, age 79, of Parkville, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2024. Born in Baltimore, a cherished daughter of the late George and Ida Mae (Lee) Brewer; beloved wife of the late Clyde E. Carter; loving mother of Lisa L. Kummer of Dundalk and Cindy L. Flowers of Ft. Myers, FL; proud grandmother of Kristopher Minor, Charles "CJ' Sussan and the late Tiffaney Sweitzer; dear sister of Doris Pittillo, Sandra Rogers, George M. Brewer and the late Nancy Mealey and Ida Dwyer. Also survived by great-granddaughter Ginny Sweitzer, other relatives and friends. She will be lovingly missed.
