Dennis Michael "Stoney" Burke, Sr., age 78 of Hamilton/Northeast Baltimore, passed away on his beloved Fourth of July, 2025. Born in Baltimore to the late Richard Burke, Sr. and Melanie (Fadrowski) Burke; cherished husband of Ann (Bialek) Burke; loving father of Dennis Burke, Jr. and wife Stephanie of Lauraville/Northeast Baltimore, Sheila Burke and life partner Chris Dlabich of Glen Arm, John Burke and wife Jennifer of Perry Hall; dear brother of Richard Burke, Jr., Mark Burke, Christopher Burke and wife Kelly, all of Delaware and the late Melanie Reynolds and Timothy Burke; proud grandfather of Devlyn Burke, Malani Burke, Austin Burke, Elizabeth Pence, Casimir Dlabich and Stanislas Dlabich. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends. "Stoney" proudly served in the United States Army in Vietnam with the 7th Army, was a active, lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus (past Grand Knight of Maryland Chapter #370, Charter Member of St. Ann's Knights of Columbus in Delaware) and was a retired maintenance supervisor, most recently for the Maryland State Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville/Northeast Baltimore. A Funeral Service, celebrating his life will be held in the funeral home on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Interment with Presentation of Military Honors will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park, Eldersburg.
