Deborah DeVan, age 57 of Baltimore, passed away Monday, August 29, 2022. Born in Baltimore, the beloved daughter of Gloria (Plummer) Nethkin of Hampstead and the late Vernon Nethkin; loving mother of Stephanie Bell and husband Ross of Hampstead, Stacey Witt and boyfriend Steven Snyder of Middle River; cherished girlfriend of Rich Leisure of Baltimore; devoted sister of the late Brian Nethkin; dear grandmother of Ty, Cierra and Nathan Morris, Claire and Jacob Witt. She was also predeceased by son-in-law Ryan Morris. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends.
