David Barlow, age 73 of Owings Mills, passed away Monday, July 26, 2021. Born in Baltimore to the late Fred and Helena Barlow; beloved father of Emily Barlow of Coatesville, PA. He served in the ARMY and will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
