Charles Edward Whitmore, Jr., age 73 of Nottingham, MD, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020. Charles was born in Passaic, NJ, and was predeceased by his parents Charles Edward, Sr. and Amelia Catherine Whitmore (nee Kretz). Charles was the beloved brother of William (spouse: Susan), James (spouse: Victoria), Catherine Moffa, and Susan O'Brien (spouse: Terry). In addition, he is survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and his long-time girlfriend, Martha Grove.
