Charles Frederick "Chuck" Mens, Jr., age 67 of Nottingham/Overlea, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022. Born in Baltimore to the late Charles F. Mens, Sr. and Evelyn (Mancuso) Mens; beloved husband of Veronica "Ronnie" (Williams) Mens; proud, cherished father of Glenn Downes and wife Glenna of Forest Hill; dear brother of Joyce Hudak of Memphis, TN, Donald Mens and wife Nicole of Cary, NC, Tina Alex and husband Paul of Dundalk, Melody Feiler and husband Jim of White Marsh and Patty Rykaczewski and husband Rob of Dundalk; loving grandfather of Elena Downes. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.
