Charles Edward Dooling, age 70 of Parkville, passed away Monday, July 7, 2023. Born in Baltimore to the late William Dooling, Sr. and Rosalie (Foard) Ludlum. One of ten children. Besides his parents he was predeceased by 8 brothers. He is survived by his brother: Leo Dooling, his sister: Pam Ludlum and daughters: Nichole Reeves and Tabitha Gaines.
