Charles Philip Baker, age 90, of Overlea/Baltimore, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. Born in Baltimore, he was the beloved husband of the late Glenna Baker; loving grandfather of Heather Becker and fiancee' Thomas Jefferson, Matthew Becker, Justin Eisenhart and Elizabeth Malott; proud great-grandfather of Nevaeh Jefferson and Joshua Nowakowski. Also survived by 3 step-children, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, close friends and neighbors. He served in the Navy as a code specialist. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, in Epiphany Lutheran Church, 4301 Raspe Ave, Baltimore, MD 21206. A Funeral Service, officiated by Pastor  Duke Fries, will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in the chapel at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117 on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 10:45 AM.
