Catherine Gurley, age 85 of Middle River, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024. Born in West Virginia to the late Clarence and Makina Murray; beloved wife of the late Bryant Gurley; loving, devoted mother of David Wilson and wife Charlotte of Essex, Mark Wilson and wife Cynthia of Essex, Sherry Wilson of Middle River, Sharon Shumaker of Middle River, Denise Gurley of NC and Steve Gurley and wife Dottie of PA; dear sister of Johnnie Murray and wife Betty of Essex, Larry Murray and wife Barb of Bel Air and the late Clarence "Lolly" Murray, Joseph Murray, Patsy Jean Cable and Regina Rutherford; proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She will be lovingly missed.
