Carol Evelyn Raines Anastasi, age 31 of Chesapeake Beach (formerly of Baltimore) passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020. Born in Baltimore to the late William Raines and Serena Miller; cherished wife of Angalo Anastasi; beloved mother of Serena Moreland and Rashad Campbell, Jr.; loving sister of Diamond Nines of Princess Anne and Christopher Raines of New Windsor.
