Bryan is survived by his daughter Brooke, son Jacob, and step-daughter Courtney Barnes. He leaves his mother, Dotty, sister Bonny Knudsen and her family as well as multiple generations of cousins. He also leaves behind too many friends to list from around the Baltimore, Glen Burnie, and Annapolis area. He was preceded in death by his father Edward and wife Tina.
Everyone who knew Bryan loved him and will now have to learn how to treasure their memories.
During Bryan’s professional career, he established a reputation as an effective IT manager because he gained the respect from every level of management and always strived to help those who worked with him enhance their careers. It has been said that he was a ‘good boss’.
Bryan was passionate about music and playing his guitar. For a number of years Bryan played the guitar and sang in his church band. He also enjoyed going fishing with his Dad, taking his kids to amusement parks to ride rollercoasters, and hanging out on the beach at OC. His whole family spent a week together (with his parents) in Disney World in 2006. They love to tell the story about how much noise their Mom-Mom made on a rollercoaster!
A public memorial service will be held for Bryan at the Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home, 421 Crain Highway S.E., Glen Burnie on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 3:00–5:00 PM with a service at 5:00 PM. His family encourages you to bring a memory of your friendship with Bryan to share with them.
