Anne Horn Ballard, age 101 of Oakcrest Village in Parkville, MD, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Born in Washington, D.C. to the late Albert and Edith (Frederick) Horn; beloved wife of the late Warren Ballard; cherished mother of Christine Jensen of Lexington, MA, Evelyn Bradley of Parkville, MD and Joan Masover of Fairfield, IA; dear sister of the late Egmont Horn, Christine Perrone and Fred Horn; proud grandmother of Carsten, David, Alan, Aaron, Joan; dear great-grandmother of four. She is also survived by step-daughters, Elizabeth Ballard of Canada, Mary Ballard of Prince Frederick, MD and Margaret Ballard of Alevandria, VA. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends.

A private graveside, green burial, funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 in Serenity Ridge Natural Burial Cemetery in Windsor Mill, MD
