On September 3, 2021, Anita Mary Bollino known to many as “Neecee” passed away at home with her family by her side. Anita, age 78 of Fullerton, was born in Baltimore City to the late Walter and Anna (Schueler) Majerowicz. She was the beloved wife of James Bollino; devoted mother to Michelle Bollino, Jennifer Bollino and husband David Budny, Kevin Bollino and wife Keiko, and Sarah Bollino and life partner Joey Summerlin; loving sister of Walter Majerowicz, Dolores Mainolfi and husband Butch, Patsy Rausch and husband Bernie, and the late Joey, Ricky and Frank Majerowicz; proud grandmother of Felicia and Shawna Budny, Maya and Keila Bollino, and Lacey, Dominick, Ashly and Skylee Summerlin. She was a devoted public servant: proofreader for Oscar T. Smith printing, first woman president of the Linover Improvement Association, member of the Maryland commission for women and key member of the political campaign committee, 10-year service staff of the Maryland School for the Blind, and foster mother of Maryland homeless children. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends.
Family will receive friends Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 2-6 PM, with Prayers at 4 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Baltimore/Parkville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Salvatore Livingi on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 11 AM in the Church of the Annunciation, 5212 McCormick Ave, Baltimore. Interment will follow in Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.
