Ancle Richard "Rick" Tester passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, with his daughters Tara and Genie and grandson Desmond at his side. Rick was born in Washington DC on November 4, 1942 to Mary and Ancle Tester. He grew up in Bethesda MD, served in the US Navy and graduated from American University with a Degree in Accounting. He married Sharon in July of 1969 and together they had 3 daughters. He worked as a CPA for most of his life and enjoyed woodworking and painting religious icons as hobbies. He was serious, thoughtful and funny. He lived every day fully and always took time to smell the roses and act silly with the grandkids.  He is survived by his wife Sharon, three daughters, Mary, Tara and Genie, and 6 grandchildren, Jacob, Katlynn, Kendall, Karla, Desmond and Whitney. He will be missed tremendously by his family and friends.
