Albert Abraham Starner, age 93, of Parkville, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2025. Born in Bronx, New York to the late Joel and Shirley (Stollar) Starner; beloved father of Matthew Starner and wife Lisa of Gulfport, MS, Erica Lewis and husband Edward of Parkville, Alexander Starner and wife Susan of Tacoma, WA and Karl Starner of Cockeysville; proud grandfather of Nicholas Starner and Morgan Starner; dear brother of Phyllis Starner of New York, NY and the late Joan Bowman. Also survived by other relatives and friends. He proudly served in the Army, earned a Master's Degree in Education from Johns Hopkins Univiversity and was a retired Baltimore County Schools, High School English Teacher. He will be lovingly missed.

A private interment service with Presentation of Military Honors will be held.
