Obituary

Alan David Carnes, age 76 of Parkville, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023. Born in Baltimore to the late Wilbert L. Carnes, Sr. and Mary C. (Lippy) Carnes; beloved father of Mary Parnell of Havre de Grace and Lisa Rager of Aberdeen and the late Alan Sullivan; dear brother of Wilbert "Will" Carnes, Jr. of Conway, SC, Diana Carnes, Debbie Carnes of New Oxford, PA and the late Beverly Greely, Thomas Greely and Elven Carnes; loving grandfather of Ellen Weitzel of Havre de Grace, Tiffany Bogush and husband Alan of Cockeysville, Devon Rager of Aberdeen, David Weitzel of Havre de Grace and Sara Rager of Parkville; proud great-grandfather of 7 great-grandchildren. Also survived by other relatives and friends. He proudly served our country in the Army and will be lovingly missed.
