William Lang, Sr.

William Basil Lang, age 79 of Winter Park, FL formerly of Baltimore/Highlandtown passed away February 25, 2019. Born in Shenandoah, VA to the late George and Mildred (Comer) Lang; beloved husband of the late Patricia (Smith) Lang; father of April "Missy" Lang, William "Billy" Lang, Jr., Margaret "Marti" Thomas and husband Carl;  brother of Yvonne Klecz, Maxine Williams, Donna Bognar, Susan Zeberlein, the late Leroy Lang and Judy Detor; grandfather of Fanny Lang, Bethann Lang, Meagan Venable and Derek Grafton. Mr Lang proudly served in the Army and is also survived by his sister-in-law Gert Burkindine and his pets Dolce and Pepper.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 5-8 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Crownsville Veterans Cemetery at 1 PM.
