Theodora Betkey

Theodora Betkey age 74 of Parkville passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018. Born in Baltimore to the late Theodore and Clara (Myers) Oechsler; cherished mother of Donald Schell of Parkville, Donna Valenta and husband Paul of Manchester and the late Debbie Tipton; beloved wife of the late Charles A. Betkey; proud grandmother of Raven Newlin of Dundalk, Jamie Gettings of Abingdon and Hayley Schell of Parkville. Also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and close friend Lynn Dickens of Parkville. "Teddie" was very active at area senior centers, community associations, fraternal organizations, her church and with her many loving friends and relatives.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 10:30 AM in St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, 9215 Old Harford Rd, Parkville. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory are to be directed to St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church.
