Stanley Piet

Stanley Gorsuch Piet, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018 in his 99th year. Born in Baltimore to the late Harry and Laura (Hoff) Piet; beloved husband of the late Mary A. (Murphy) Piet; loving father of Stanley G. Piet, Jr. and wife Leslie of Bel Air, Anastatia Piet of Towson, William Piet and wife Carmen of Cockeysville, Therese Barrett of Odenton, Patrick Piet and wife Kathy of Columbia, Mary Demyan and husband Michael of Linthicum and Bernard Piet and wife Marian of Towson; proud grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; dear brother of the late Harry Piet, William Piet, Thomas Piet and Elise Davis. Mr. Piet served in the Army during WWII.

Family will receive friends on Friday, January 19, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 10 AM in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 100 Church Lane, Cockeysville. Interment with Presentation of Military Honors will follow in New Cathedral Cemetery.
