Russell L. Pannebaker, Jr. age 48 of Middle River passed away Monday, August 20, 2018. Beloved son of Kathleen (Moran) Pannebaker and the late Russell L. Pannebaker, Sr; loving brother of Kimberly Badoniec and husband Thomas of Windsor, PA; dear nephew of Nancy Moran of Middle River, Donna Altadonna and husband Saro of Baltimore, Pat Pugh and husband Robert of Baltimore and Leo Moran and wife Susan of Catonsville. He is also survived by other family members and many friends.

Family will receive friends Friday, August 24, 2018 from 6-7 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville. A Memorial Service will follow at 7 PM.
