Richard Marvin Burroughs, age 66 of Parkville passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2017. Born in Baltimore to the late Richard and Evelyn (Kokta) Burroughs; beloved father of Jon and Allyson Burroughs, both of Nottingham. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
