Born in Baltimore a beloved son of Angela Carter of Baltimore; cherished husband of Antoinette "Toni" Maynard-Carter of Baltimore; proud father of Monique Carter, Devin Carter, Michael Carter, Jr., Danielle Carter, Steven Carter, Makhai Carter, Shawn Carter, Maliek Carter and Maria Carter; beloved brother of Cheryl Sharp of Baltimore; dear grandfather of 5 grandchildren.

Family will receive friends Friday, December 15, 2017 from 10AM-12PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville where a Memorial Service will follow at 12PM.
