Jose' Barata y Barrera, age 94 of Reisterstown passed away Thursday, May 24, 2018. Born in Spain the beloved husband of Cecilia (Sturla) Barata; loving father of Jose' Barata and wife Janet of Westminster, Antonio Barata and wife Donna of CA and Maria Barata of Glyndon; proud grandfather of Erin, Carlos, Raquel and Val; dear brother of Antonia Bullock of Laurel. Also survived by his great-granddaughter Olive, pet Sammie and many nieces and nephews. For most of his life he was a designer at silversmith Kirk-Stieff Silver Company. He will be lovingly missed

Family will receive friends Friday, June 1, 2018 from 6-9 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 10 AM in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Glyndon, 63 Sacred Heart Ln, Glyndon
