John G. Trageser

John G. Trageser, age 93 of Sparrow's Point passed away Friday, October 13, 2017. Born in Baltimore a son of the late Albert and Catherine (Phawler) Trageser; beloved husband of Ann M. (Libertino) Trageser; loving father of John A. Trageser, Karen Meagher and husband Tom all of Sparrows Point; dear brother of Rose Winkler of Perry Hall, the late William Trageser and Marlene Dunnigan. He served in the Army during WWII and enjoyed maintaining contact with fellow veterans. He had been an active member of Hamilton Legion which merged into Rosedale Legion where he continued being active. He was an active member of Halos at the legion. John was a devout catholic, enjoyed hunting  and fishing and was a retired Crown Cork and Seal can inspector. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville where a Funeral Prayer service celebrated by Fr. Gregory Rapisarda will be held Wednesday, October 18 at 11AM. Interment with presentation of Military Honors will follow in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
