John William Markley, Jr.

John William Markley, Jr., age 63 of Dundalk passed away Monday, December 9, 2019. Born in Baltimore to the late John William Markley, Sr. and Phyllis (Short) Markley; brother of Debra Simmons and husband Philip of Perry Hall and Jim Markley and wife Ann of Chesapeake, VA; father of Amy Roeseke of York County, PA. John proudly served in the Marine Corps during Vietnam. He served in the Army National Guard after being honorably discharged from the Marine Corps. He is also survived by many family members and friends.

Family will receive friends on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 6-7 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville. A Memorial Service officiated by Rev. Buddy Kauffman will begin at 7 PM. Interment of cremated remains will be held Monday, December 30, 2019 at 1 PM in Baltimore National Cemetery, 5501 Frederick Ave, Catonsville.
