Jesse L. Frazier, Jr., age 78 of Towson passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018. Born in Houston, TX, the beloved husband of Karen Frazier; loving father of Rhonda Frazier-Evans and spouse Sue Frazier-Evans of Katy, TX and Jesse E. Frazier and wife Tracy of Richmond, TX; dear step-father of Kristin Smith of Austin, TX. Mr. Frazier served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired letter carrier. He will be lovingly missed.
