Born in Baltimore the beloved son of Ellen (Spencer) Jenkins of Las Vegas, NV and the late James Lewis Jenkins; dear brother of Daniel Jenkins of Middle River; loving father of Marisa and Nicholas Jenkins of TX. He will be missed but not forgotten by his family and friends
