James Stephens Lowery, age 71 passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2018. Beloved husband of Germaine (Reese) Lowery of Baltimore; loving father of Michelle Renee Lowery and Tina Louise Foley of Churchville.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 12:00 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville.
