Doris Elizabeth Sweeney, age 96 of Nottingham, formerly of Baltimore passed away Thursday, August 23, 2018. Born in Baltimore to the late John and Mary (Siegfried) Ernst; beloved wife of the late Leighton Sweeney; loving mother of the late Charles and James Sweeney; dear mother-in-law of Carol Sweeney of Perry Hall; proud grandmother of Melissa O'Hara and husband Patrick of Nottingham. Also survived by great-grandson Ryan O'Hara

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 28 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM in the family owned and operated Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville. A funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM followed by interment in Moreland Memorial Park Cemetery.
