Steven Thomas Blickenstaff, age 26 of Rosedale passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018. Born in Baltimore the beloved son of Robert O. Blickenstaff, Jr. and Linda J. (Bailone) Blickenstaff of Rosedale; proud father of Vincent Blickenstaff; loving fiance of Sarah Neff of Rosedale; dear brother of Rob Blickenstaff, III of Rosedale, Scott Blickenstaff of Rosedale, Paul Blickenstaff of Bowley's Quarters, Aaron Blickenstaff of Baltimore/Waverly and William Blickenstaff of Rosedale.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville.
