Shirley Louise Dougherty, age 90 of Edgewood passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018. Born in Indiana the beloved wife of the late George Dougherty; loving mother of Anita Antkowiak and husband Robert of Joppa, Connie Dougherty of Edgewood, Dawn Kosloski of Joppa and Steve Dougherty.
