Michael Scruggs

Clifton Michael "Mike" Scruggs, age 62 of Baltimore passed away peacefully Thursday November 17, 2016. Born in Baltimore a son of the late Clifton Kendall Scruggs and Iris (Watkins) Ebaugh; beloved father of Philip Scruggs of Ocean City, Daniel Scruggs and wife Rose of Bel Air and Savannah Lee Yost of Middle River; dear brother of Teri Love of Bend, OR, Ellen Scruggs of Baltimore, Debra Cremen of Baltimore, Sherry Lynn Ebaugh of Grapevine, TX, Sean Kelly Ebaugh of Baltimore and the late Maryanne Scruggs-White; proud grandfather of Gabriella and Emily Scruggs; close uncle and great uncle of Marlena Scruggs, Anthony Hopson, Kamryn Parker and the late John Keller. He is also survived by his girlfriend and caregiver Denise Arthur of Baltimore and many nieces, nephews and close friends. Michael was an insurance salesman and had served his country in the Army.

Family will receive friends on Monday, November 21, 2016 from 1-4 and 6-9PM in Parkview Funeral Home & Cremation Service by Brent Francis, PA. A funeral service officiated by Deacon Theron Scott of Faith Fellowship Church will begin at 7;30PM. Interment is private. in lieu of flowers please send donations to Helping Up Mission, 1029 E.
