James R. Tench

 James Radford Tench, age 57 of Bowie passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017. Close friend of Sallie LaBarr and Vincent Spigone. He served in the Marines and was an educator at the Maryland School for the Blind. He will be missed by his students and everyone who knew him.
