James Daniel Morfe

James Daniel Morfe, age 79, passed away March 21, 2018. Born in Baltimore on December 14, 1938 to the late Frank and Eva Morfe; loving father of Kelly Carroll and husband Rob of Bel Air, and Sandra Schmidt of Towson; loving brother of Francis Morfe and wife Denise, the late Charles Morfe and his wife June, and the late Thomas Morfe; proud grandfather of Chase Schmidt and Ben Carroll and uncle to several nieces and nephews.
He proudly worked at Otis elevator for many years ending his career as a supervisor. He loved all animals, but especially his cats. He enjoyed working on cars, building anything possible while figuring out the mechanics of how things worked, boating, fishing and going to the shooting range.
Interment and a graveside service will be held Monday, March 26, 2018 at 12 PM at Moreland Memorial Park Cemetery, 2901 Taylor Ave., Parkville, MD 21234. 
Family will receive friends, for a Celebration of Life, Monday, March 26, 2018 from 1-4 PM at McFaul’s IronHorse Tavern, 2260 Cromwell Bridge Rd, Baltimore, MD 21234.
