Edgar was a Troopers Trooper. I was a TFC at the Greenbelt Barrack and he was my Lieutenant. I was living in Perry Hall and I would drive him home and pick him up after his vacations. He was loved and respected by the troops. Always fair and concerned for us. R.I.P. Edgar and may God bless family and friends.
