Donald B. Burkowske

Donald Bruce Burkowske, age 64 of Rosedale, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.  Born in Washington,DC to the late Francis and Ruth Burkowske; Beloved husband of Sue Burkowske (nee Hofmeier); proud father of Jamie Lynn Burkowske, Jennifer Ann Deets and husband, Matthew; loving Pops to Brooklyn and Jordyn Deets; also survived by sister in law Linda Vinton and husband Carroll, brother in law Johnny Hofmeier and wife Debbie; sister in law Elizabeth Burkowske (wife of the late brother Carl Burkowske); many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Family will receive friends Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm in the family owned Parkview Funeral Home.  The funeral service officiated by Pastor Doug Jones will be held Monday, March 12, 2018 at 11:00 am in Central Baptist Church, 404 North Marlyn Ave, Essex, MD 21221.  Interment will follow in Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in honor of Donald to Central Baptist Church.
