Arthur William Orpin

Arthur William Orpin of Parkville passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 8, 2017. Born in Newark, NJ to the late Arthur Wellington Orpin and Jean (Haddow) Orpin; beloved husband of Ramona (Hollaway) Orpin; loving father of Arthur C. "Artie" Orpin and wife Carol of Overlea, Charlene Orpin of Parkville and Lisa Kurts and husband Scott of Miller's Island; dear brother of Henry Orpin and wife Debbie of Rosedale, Donna Plank of White Marsh and the late James Orpin; proud grandfather of Paige Orpin and Samuel Kurts. He is also survived by many friends, nieces and nephews. Mr. Orpin until the time of his passing owned and operated AW Orpin Carpets of Parkville for many years with his son. He will be lovingly missed.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, June 14, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9PM in the family owned and operated PARKVIEW FUNERAL HOME & Cremation Service, 7527 Harford Rd, Parkville. A short prayer and reflection service will begin around 8PM.
